What we can make
- Custom logo badges. Your company logo, club crest, family monogram, or one-off design. Up to four colors, ~70 mm round/hex/square, magnetic backing.
- Employee name plaques for desks, doors, lockers, or onboarding kits. Names, titles, dates, whatever the moment needs.
- Years-of-service sets. Matching badge series for 1, 5, 10, 15, 20+ year milestones. Hand them out at the same all-hands every year.
- Milestone awards for retirement, completed certification, project go-live, “we shipped it,” or whatever earned a real object.
- Team-themed badge runs. Your engineering team’s inside jokes, your sales team’s quarter-end achievements, your safety crew’s clean-streak markers.

Setup fee: $0 on standard logo uploads (PNG/SVG/PDF). Complex multi-color logo prep (separating colors, simplifying for print): $25 flat fee, one-time.
How it works
- Send us your idea using the form above or email bravo@bravobadgeco.com. Tell us what you want, how many, by when. Attach your logo or design idea (rough is fine).
- We send a proof. Inside 48 hours. A digital mockup of exactly how your badge will look, including colors, shape, and dimensions.
- You approve or tweak. Two free rounds of revisions. Most orders land on the first proof.
- We print and ship. 5 to 7 business days for orders under 25 units. 10 business days for 25 to 50. Larger orders get a custom timeline in your quote.

What we’ll need from you
- A logo file (PNG, SVG, or PDF works best, but even a phone photo is fine to start)
- Your color preference, or “match my brand” with a link to your site
- Quantity and ship-by date
- Shipping address (one or many; we can ship multi-address for distributed teams at $3 per address)
What we won’t make
- Hateful content, political campaign material, or anything that punches at a group
- Designs that center on race, sexual orientation, or ethnicity. We make badges for what someone did, not who they are
- Holiday-themed designs
