Refund policy
The short version
Every Bravo badge, plaque, and award is printed to order — often customized with a logo or name. Because of that, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But if something arrives wrong, broken, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right.
What we'll fix or replace, no questions asked
- It arrived damaged or broken
- We sent the wrong item, wrong color, or wrong quantity
- The print quality doesn't match what you approved on the proof
- A magnet fell out (it shouldn't, but if it does, we'll send replacements)
Email bravobadgeco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll either reprint and reship or refund — whichever you'd rather.
What we can't take back
- Custom logo, name, or text orders that match the proof you approved
- Badges that were used and you no longer want
- Orders past 14 days from delivery
Order cancellations
We start production fast. If you need to cancel:
- Within 1 hour of ordering — full refund, no questions
- Before we send your design proof (custom orders only) — full refund
- After proof approval or once production starts — we can't refund, but if you caught a typo or design issue, we'll work with you
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
