Where we ship from Every order is printed and packed in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Where we ship to United States only for now. International on request — email us at bravobadgeco@gmail.com and we'll quote it.
How long it takes to make
Production time depends on what you ordered:
- Badges from the catalog (made to order) — ships in 5 to 7 business days
- Custom-logo badges & name plaques — ships in 5 to 7 business days (we send a proof for approval within 48 hours)
- Milestone awards — ships in 7 to 10 business days
- Bulk orders (50+ units) — ships within 10 business days
- Rush option — add 50% to your order total, ships in 48 hours when capacity allows. Email us first to confirm.
These are business days — Monday through Friday, not counting US federal holidays.
How long it takes to arrive
Once it ships, USPS Ground Advantage takes 2 to 5 business days within the US. Larger orders ship UPS Ground, similar timing.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the day your order ships. If it's been more than two business days past your estimated ship date and you haven't heard from us, write to bravobadgeco@gmail.com and we'll find it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package shows delivered but never arrived, file a claim with the carrier first (USPS or UPS). If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll reprint and reship at no cost.
